The Oppo Find X8 CPH2651 Stock Firmware is used for fixing common software issues like being stuck on the logo screen, FRP lock, fast boot mode issues, a blank or white display after flashing, recovery mode not working, or the device being unresponsive after flashing. I’ve shared an easy-to-follow guide for downloading and flashing the stock Rom to fix these issues.
What is Oppo Stock ROM?
Stock ROM, or firmware, is the original operating system version installed on a device by its manufacturer. It is an unaltered software package designed to restore a device to its factory settings.
The stock firmware is useful for resolving issues such as:
- Stuck on the logo screen.
- Restart on boot logo.
- FRP lock (Factory Reset Protection).
- Fastboot mode errors.
- Blank or white display after flashing.
- Autoboot in recovery mode.
- Bricked devices after improper flashing.

How To Flash Oppo Find X8 Flash File Firmware:
Note: You need authorized login credentials to access the Flash tool to install the firmware file on your device.
- Download and install the latest version of the Oplus Flash tool on your computer.
- Download the required stock firmware from the above links.
- Download and install the latest USB Drivers on your computer. (skip if already installed)
- Extract the downloaded firmware zip file using 7-Zip or WinRAR.
To enter BROM (Preloader Mode)
- BROM or Preloader Mode: If you have a MediaTek device, power off your device, hold the volume up and down keys, and connect the USB cable.
Note: If the device does not enter EDL or BROM mode, you may need to use the test point method (short specific hardware pins on the device) to force the device to boot mode.
- Open the Oplus-Flash tool and select the firmware folder or images.
- Click the Download button to begin flashing.
- Wait for the flashing process to complete. Your device will restart once the flashing process is complete.
- Now set up your device and log in to your Google Account (if required).
- If you backed up your data before flashing, now’s the time to restore it.
- Done, enjoy.
Disclaimer: Flashing your device will erase all data, so be sure to back up anything important. Use the correct firmware for your model to avoid damaging your device. Ensure your phone is charged to at least 50% to prevent issues during the process and be patient—don’t disconnect your device until the flashing is fully finished.
